VINEYARD: Plantation between the years 1995 to 1998

 

ALTITUDE: Between 850 to 1050 meters

 

SOIL: Slate and red clay

 

PRDUCTION: 3500 to 4000 kilos per hectare

 

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Syrah

 

HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 18 kilos

 

DEVLOPMENT: Cold maceration with the skins to 6 ºC for 12 days, temperaturecontrolled fermentation at 26 ºC in tanks of 10,000 gallons of stainless steel where it is produced malolactic fermentation

 

TASTING: Intense cherry red colour with fine aromas of creamy oak species and clear coffee beans notes which combines with echoes of jam and fruit, delicious, powerful and greedy dense tannins.
