VINEYARD: In glass, plantation years 1960 to 1975

 

ALTITUDE: Between 850 to 950 meters

 

SOIL: Red clay

 

PRDUCTION: 1.5 to 2.5 kilos

 

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Macabeo

 

HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 18 kilos

 

DEVLOPMENT: Cold maceration at 6 ºC for 4 to 6 days, fermentation at controlled temperature of 16 ºC in tanks of 10,000 gallons of stainless steel

 

TASTING: Straw yellow with greenish hues with complex aromas that combines the varied character with hints of tropical fruit (pineapple, peach) Very fruity with well balanced acidity which combines with a pleasant wine, smooth and easy to drink.
