VINEYARD: In glass, planting years 1934 to 1960

 

ALTITUDE: Between 850 to 1.050 meters

 

SOIL: Slate and red clay

 

PRDUCTION: 0.750 to 1,250 Kilos

 

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Grenache

 

HARVEST: Manual in boxes of 18 kilos

 

DEVLOPMENT: Cold maceration with the skins for 4 to 6 days in tanks of 5,000 to 10,000 liters in stainless steel with controlled temperature at 26 ºC.

 

BARRELS: 8 months in French, Hungarian and American cask

 

TASTING: Ripe cherry red with garnet edge. Potent aroma, ripe fruit, earthy, creamy oak and expressive. Powerful, rich, with ripe tannins and hints of toast and spices.
