DEVLOPMENT: Cold maceration with the skins for 4 to 6 days in tanks of 5,000 to 10,000 liters in stainless steel with controlled temperature at 26 ºC


BARRELS: 8 months in French, Hungarian and American cask


TASTING: Dark cherry garnet edge, complex aromas of ripe fruit, mineral toasted oak, potent, tasty with good tannic structure that transmits strength and corpulence
