Once the grape is ripe and has acquired the correct acid balance, work begins on the different varieties, combining cutting edge temperature control and chemical and sensory analysis techniques with tradition family methods to clarify and stabilise the wine.


Bodegas Cubero boasts modern fermentation and wine-making facilities that are managed by a team of oenologists.

 

BOTTLING

Our state-of-the-art facilities enable us to bottle under inert atmospheric conditions that are aseptic and provide maximum guarantees of hygiene and quality.
